A gold medal in triathlon

The Salon Défi-Santé Jean-Coutu took place last weekend in Ste-Marie-de-Beauce. There were various activities and conferences to promote healthy living. For the first time this year, the health show organized a winter triathlon. Over 150 participants had to complete three endurance events: running, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

I am very proud to announce that my team won the gold medal in the open category. I was the one running, while my teammates Claude Voyer and Pierre L’Archevêque respectively did the snowshoeing and the cross-country skiing events. The three winning teams appear on the picture.
